Not sure what you mean by "It seems DNS servers are not used at all". I do not see any problem as long as you use an Ethernet (wired) connection to the router. But if you use Wi-Fi (wireless), you will be using Google Public DNS which you manually (and wrongly, 184.108.40.206 should be 220.127.116.11) configured on the computer:
